Weybridge
Weybridge lies to the north of Surrey on south bank of the River Thames, at the mouth of the River Wey (from which it derives its name). Weybridge has became an attractive commuter town and lies close to beautiful countryside nearby, and today it is an affluent residential suburb of London, being one of Surrey’s most desirable locations with its shopping facilities, restaurants and boutiques.
Communications and transport are also excellent. London Waterloo can be reached in less than 30 minutes via Weybridge train station whilst Heathrow airport is less than 12 miles.
Cobbetts Hill
Nestled in a peaceful setting, Cobbetts Hill is an exclusive road located less than quarter of a mile from Weybridge mainline station, only 5 minutes walking distance from the houses.
Cobbetts Hill backs onto St George’s Hill, an area of 900 acres which includes a championship golf course and private lawn tennis club, surrounded by some of the most exclusive houses in the UK.
